St. Panteleon of Nicomedia patron saint of physicians along with Sts. Luke, Cosmas and Damian.
Sts. Panteleon, Cosmas, Damian and Luke, as heavenly patrons of physicians, let us ask the prayers of these saints for medical professionals that they may adhere to their Hippocratic Oath and be guided by Christian morality in caring for their patients.
Grant we beseech Thee, almighty God, that by the intercession of St. Panteleon, thy martyr, our bodies may be feed from all things harmful and our minds cleansed from evil thoughts. Through our Lord Jesus Christ who livest and reignest in the unity of God the Father and the Holy Ghost. Amen.
