Please do not be so easily fooled. Above all don't stop your search for truth with one person's opinion. The above article does not give much information how the lawsuit was written and what it was asking the judge to rule on. The article points out the judge stated there is no Constitutional right to attend university, however there is a Constitutional right for Religious exemption. It all depends on what you're asking the judge about.
